Having a Mac is a good start I suppose, but having a nice pair of running shoes didn't make me any faster of a runner. :) As an educational leader, if we let technology sit on the shelves, we fall further behind by the day (and so do our students). We have to use it, upgrade it, and devote professional development time to it. I do not want to be in staff meetings and professional develop meetings and be in awe of the technology I am seeing. I want to have a working relationship with it, and be able to assist staff on some level in using it.
