Quadrant 4

I was amazed at the shear volume of sites and tools out there, and something tells me that we've only scratched the surface. I do think a principal should be aware of some of these things, especially when it comes to setting rules for school usage, but it's obvious to me that one needs to pick and choose which ones are truly educational in nature, and which ones are for fun and recreation. When I think back to Steven Covey's "Time Management Matrix," I can't help but think that one could easily get caught up spending far too much time in quadrant IV, all the while thinking they were doing something constructive.
